A rarely available opportunity to join a leading estate agents in Epsom as an Assistant Lettings Manager. This role is based in a very busy, fast paced lettings branch with an established client base and managed portfolio. This role would be well suited to an experienced Lettings / Senior Lettings Negotiator looking for the next step in their career.
Responsibilities will include
- Calling leads

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Estate Agent – Senior Sales Manager

An asset management company in Surrey are looking for a Business Development Administrator to join their team. The company manage large property portfolios across the UK on behalf of clients. This role makes up part of a small business administration team that provide support to clients and various departments within the business.
Requirements –
- Previous administration experience
- Must be computer literate with experience working with CRMs / web-based database’s
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Fantastic communication skills
- Experience working within the property sector would be advantageous but not essential
Duties –
- Inputting sensitive data to CRM, updating and amending where necessary
- Managing and collating compliance certificates
- Preparing and collating AML and legal documentation
- Liaising with developers and solicitors regarding new developments and preparing relevant documentation

Experienced / Senior Lettings Negotiator
A rarely available opportunity has arisen within a boutique independent Estate Agents in the Surrey / South West London borders, for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Richmond.
To be considered for this position, experience working in lettings is essential.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of service are offered to clients and customers throughout their property search. You’ll arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiate new rental agreements, provide feedback to landlords and source new properties.
The successful candidate will be a professional, personable individual with a good track record within the industry.
In return, a basic salary up to £24,000 will be offered (depending on experience) with an OTE up to £45,000.
Working Hours – Monday – Friday 8.45am – 6pm with Saturdays on a rota basis.
