Mortgage Adviser
A position has arisen for an experienced Mortgage Adviser / Mortgage Broker to join an award winning Mortgage Services company in Crawley. Working as part of a small but highly experienced team, you’ll receive regular leads from various sources as well as having access to a large existing client base.
To be considered for this role you must be a qualified Mortgage Advisor (full CeMap or equivalent) and will ideally have whole of market experience. Customer service is key within this business therefore my client is looking for a professional, approachable individual with a proven track record of success within the industry.
Package & Benefits
- A basic salary of £20,000 – £26,000 (depending on experience)

Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent) – Farnborough

Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent) – Farnborough
An exciting opportunity to join a leading Estate Agents in Farnborough as a Sales Negotiator. To be considered for this role, previous estate agency experience is preferred.
As a Sales Negotiator you’ll be responsible for selling houses! This will include arranging and conducting property viewings, negotiating sales, calling through the applicant database, maintaining regular communication with vendors. You’ll also be responsible for assisting with sales progression, answering the phone, responding to leads and basic admin.
This is a targeted sales role, so the successful candidate must be enthusiastic and self motivated!
Salary & Hours
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 6pm, alternate Saturdays. A mid-week day off will be given in lieu on the week a Saturday is worked
- Salary: Basic from £16,000 – £20,000 depending on experience plus a personal commission structure. OTE £24,000 – £35,000 (DOE)
- Free parking on site
Essential Requirements
- Full driving licence and own car
- Able to work regular Saturdays
- Previous experience working in a sales environment (essential)
- Estate Agency experience (preferred)

A large well-established, Estate agency in Barnehurst require a vibrant Property Manager to join their team. With a strong sense of team work, fun and business growth; they require a team player who can join them in offering the highest levels of customer service and care to their clients.

My clients are a large estate agency group with a network of offices across Kent, Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey. Due to continued success, an opportunity has become available for a Mortgage Advisor to join their team in Kent.
With constant referrals from the residential sales team and readily available warm leads, this role lends itself to an ambitious, motivated mortgage advisor!
To be considered for this position candidates must have a CeMap qualification, ideally levels 1,2 & 3. Experience working as a mortgage advisor would be ideal, along with a confident and professional approach.
Responsibilities will include
- Identify and following up on leads
- Seek the best mortgage solutions for customers
- Sell associated insurance products
- Training and coaching the sales team on services offered
- Working to personal monthly targets
In return you’ll receive a basic salary of £25,000 depending on experience with an OTE of £50,000! As you may be required to cover multiple branches, a company car or car allowance will be provided. Please note, you must have a full driving licence to be considered for this position.
