An opportunity has arisen to join a market leading Estate Agents in Kent as a Branch Manager.

This is a rarely available position, offering the opportunity to join a strong brand in an office that has huge growth potential. This role would be best suited to an experienced manager who will lead from the front and can motivate the team in Staplehurst.

The Job

The Branch Manager will oversee the general day to day running of the Birchington branch, conducting morning meetings and ensuring the branch are working to and achieving set targets.

Business generation will play a key part in this position, so relationship building, and networking skills are a must. The Branch Manager will be required to canvass for stock, conduct accurate market appraisals, win new instructions and sell properties.

People management; to include training and developing the team, offering guidance and encouragement. Responsibilities will also include recruitment where necessary and conducting staff appraisals and 121’s.

Requirements

Previous experience managing an Estate Agency branch is essential. The successful candidate will be ambitious and inspiring, with a proven track record of success. Local area knowledge of Sittingbourne is preferred but not essential.

Package

A competitive salary will be offered £28,000 – £30,000+ depending on experience + company car with OTE £50,000. Further training and career progression opportunities are available within this company.
