DESCRIPTION

A large well-established, Estate agency in Barnehurst require a vibrant Property Manager to join their team. With a strong sense of team work, fun and business growth; they require a team player who can join them in offering the highest levels of customer service and care to their clients.

Responsibilities will include

Dealing with repairs and maintenance issues
Liaising with contractors
Conducting mid-term inspections
Negotiating the return of deposits
Chasing late rental payments
Service notices when required
Dealing with tenancy renewals
Requirements

The successful candidate will have previous property management experience, to ensure they can hit the ground running. They will have good communication skills, an energetic approach and the ability to prioritise a busy workload. To be considered for this role, candidate must be computer literate and have a full driving licence.

Package & Hours

Working Hours – Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm

Basic Salary – £21k + Commission + Car Allowance. OTE £26k
