DESCRIPTION

A rarely available opportunity to join an independent Estate Agents in their flagship office in Surrey as a Branch Manager. This is a fantastic role with great growth and development opportunities, well suited to an ambitious Manager.

To be considered for this role you must have experience running a residential sales office within Estate Agency. You’ll be a strong business generator, a great people manager and have a proven track record of success!

Responsibilities will include; managing the general day to day running of the office, staff management and training, increasing the local market share, conducting valuations and instructions, negotiating offers and sales, compliance, working closely with land & new homes and lettings departments. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the branch and team are meeting targets whilst upholding the high levels of service the company provide.

Package

A basic package (including car allowance) from £30,000 – £40,000 depending on experience.

OTE £60,000 – £80,000 per annum.

Please note, you will need your own vehicle.

You’ll be required to work a 5 day week to include Saturdays on a rota.
