DESCRIPTION
An opportunity has arisen to join a brilliant, leading independent Estate Agents in Kent as a Sales Manager.
Experience within Property valuations is essential; as our clients are looking for a keen lister with proven track record of ‘instruction to market’, and team management success!
The successful candidate will be joining an established team who work brilliantly together in Dartford. They will be proactive in their approach to business and offer the highest levels of customer service.
Responsibilities as a Sales Manager within the office include:
Canvassing for business and increasing local market share
Valuing and instructing properties to the market
Assisting the Branch Manager in overseeing the Sales department
Candidates should be self-motivated, professional and personable with a real passion for property.
Package & Benefits
Basic Salary of £20,000 – £22,000 depending on experience
Motivating commission structure to provide OTE £40,000.
Company car or allowance also offered
