DESCRIPTION
A leading Surrey Estate Agents require a Sales Manager to join their established branch in Woking. Offering a fantastic On Target Earning and plenty of career development opportunities, this is the ideal role for an ambitious, career driven estate agent.
As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for the general day to day management of the branch. You will value and instruct properties to the market, increase local market share, keep in regular contact with vendors, negotiate offers and agree sales; and train, mentor and develop junior members of staff.
To be considered for this role candidates must have previous estate agency management experience and be confident in their ability to pitch for and win new business. You will be results driven and hardworking whilst maintaining the highest level of customer care.
- Basic salary up to £30,000 – £35,000 depending on experience
- OTE £60,000
