My clients are looking for an experienced sales negotiator and capable Valuer to work within their established team. This is a brilliant opportunity for a negotiator looking to propel their career.

My client is looking for an ambitious, target driven negotiator who ideally has a minimum of 6 months’ experience within winning new business and instructing properties to the market. The candidate must be a strong, confident negotiator and lister with a record of success when it comes to agreeing sales and winning instructions! Local knowledge of Barnehurst and the surrounding area would also be beneficial for this role.

Basic salary of £20,000 + Car or allowance
Personal sales targets will be set and commission is offered on a tiered basis
OTE of £35,000 first year.
5 day working week, to include some Saturdays.
Ongoing Training and Development opportunities.
