DESCRIPTION

An opportunity has arisen to join an expanding independent Estate Agents in Faversham as a Senior Sales Negotiator and Property Lister. With a hugely competitive commission package and an exciting growth plan, there really is the potential to earn big with this company.

Responsibilities include:

• Canvassing for business and increasing local market share
• Valuing and instructing properties to the market
• Arranging and attending property viewings
• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
• Assisting with progressing sales through to completion where needed

To be considered for this position candidates will have a background in property sales and have a strong, proven track record in winning new business! Candidates should be self-motivated, professional and personable with a real passion for property.

Package & Benefits

• Basic Salary £20,000 depending on experience
• Realistic first year OTE £30,000
• Monthly Car Allowance or Company Car
